Schedule a phone signing

We do everything over the phone. On the call we read through every page together and you sign electronically from your phone or computer — no meetings, no travel, wherever your property is. If you still have questions or haven't received written terms yet, call us first at 970.639.1675 instead of booking.

Over the phone — sign paperwork electronicallyAbout 30 minutes. Everyone on title should be on the call or reachable by email for their signature.

1. Pick a time

Weekdays, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time, excluding major holidays. Earliest booking is 24 hours out.

2. Your details

This is the number we'll call at your appointment time.

You're free to have an attorney or agent review anything before you sign, and you can cancel the appointment by calling us. Nothing is binding until you sign.
