A property company built on straight answers
LionHeart Real Estate is a private property buying company based in Grand Junction, Colorado. We purchase houses and small commercial buildings directly, using our own funds and the funds of a small group of long-standing buying partners. We are not a brokerage and we do not list your property — which means no commissions, no showings and no waiting on a buyer's mortgage approval.
Why we exist
Most people who contact us are not in a hurry to sell a house — they are in the middle of something else. An estate to settle. A rental that has stopped making sense. A move for work. A repair bill larger than the value it would add.
The traditional route works well when a property is ready for the market and you have time to wait. It works badly when neither is true. We exist for the second case: a firm written number, a date you choose, and a process that does not ask you to fix, clean or stage anything.
We would rather turn down a property than push someone into the wrong decision. A reputation is worth more than any single transaction, and this business runs on referrals from people who felt treated fairly.
